Developing a Budget for New Non-Profits


Attendees will learn the basics of creating a budget for new non-profit organizations including:

·         How to use and prepare each type of budget

·         The best ways to develop reliable estimates of expense and revenue

·         Effective methods to analyze budget success

·         How to adapt the budget for future years

·         The importance of understanding cash flow

·         The true cost of hiring employees



Sign-in starts 9:15am; workshop 9:30am - 11:30am. Fee: $35 ($30 if by 7/15).
